Jayleen Rivera (10th)- She has had perfect attendance so far this year and is always helping others in class. -Mr. Buckingham John Rosario (12th): John greets every community member with the smile you can feel through a google meet. He works hard and never fails to take the lead in initiating thoughtful conversations. - Ms. Lawrence Blessing Amonoo (12th): Blessing is an academic Rockstar! She works hard inside of the classroom but never fails to identify opportunities and resources outside of the school. -Ms. Lawrence Here are our Student Spolight Rockstars for week of 10/05/2020. Keysha Rivera: She is communicative, eager and engaged in the college process. She makes my role as College Advisor a dream because of her diligence. I am so proud of her work. - Ms. Lawrence Erica Aduasare: Erica is at each and every college presentation, takes the initiative to do research and submits scholarship after scholarship after scholarship! I won't be surprised if she attends college for FREE. I am super proud of Erica. - Ms. Lawrence Happy First (In Person) Day of School Year 2020-2021!
Let's start this week off by shining light on 5 students who truly shined in this new world of Virtual Learning! Moving forward, look out for an email so we can post your pictures as well! Shout out to both Marielis Soto (9th) and Carlos Lopez (9th)! Thank you for being fully present and supportive of the process during orientation. You were lively and fun! I believe you both paved the comfort road for the rest of your peers. - Dr. Valcin Angel Grant (9th)- It was only the first 2 days of school and we had to give you a shout out for being fully engaged and completing the first assignment right away! Great Job! - Mr. Harold Gabriela Hernandez (12th)- Since school opened, Gabriela has maintained constant communication with her guidance counselor regarding academics and college admissions process. - Ms. Lawrence Neriana Rosario (12th): Neriana is laser focused on making her transition to college successful.
